What we do

Enterprise Salesforce engineering.

SPM and SPIFF implementations, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud optimisation, advanced Tableau analytics and custom integrations. The people on your project have done this at enterprise scale before, rather than learning the platform on your budget.

Salesforce
Service packages

Four ways we're usually brought in.

Most engagements combine two of these. You don't need to know which before you talk to us — working that out is our job.

01

SPIFF & Sales Performance Management

Fair territories, realistic targets, and commission nobody argues about.

SpiffSales PlanningForecasting

The work we are deepest in. When planning lives in spreadsheets, territories overlap, quotas feel invented and every commission run turns into a dispute. We implement SPM end to end — planning, targets, forecasting and commission on Spiff — so reps know what they are chasing and what they have earned, and finance stops recalculating by hand.

  • Commission calculation reps can check themselves
  • Territory and quota planning without overlap
  • Forecasting leadership can defend
  • Plan changes without rebuilding the spreadsheet
02

Sales Cloud & Service Cloud optimisation

A setup built around how you actually sell, not how the demo looked.

Sales CloudService CloudDevelopment

Consulting and development on the two clouds your revenue runs through. We map how you sell and serve today, redesign the process around that, and build the parts Salesforce does not do out of the box — custom screens, logic and automation written to be maintained rather than to impress.

  • Stages that match how deals really progress
  • Custom development where the standard object model runs out
  • Service processes that stop cases getting lost
  • Billing and invoice automation inside Salesforce
03

Advanced Tableau analytics & custom integrations

One set of numbers everyone agrees on, drawn from every system you run.

TableauReportsDashboardsETL

Reporting is only as good as the data underneath it. We connect Salesforce to the systems holding the rest of your business — finance, support, product, data warehouse — and build the reports, dashboards and Tableau analytics on top, so a question gets one answer rather than three.

  • Two-way integration with the systems you already run
  • ETL pipelines and a single consolidated data layer
  • Tableau analytics beyond standard reports
  • Forecast dashboards for pipeline and revenue
04

Administration & in-app guidance enablement

The system stays current, and your team is shown what to do inside it.

AdministrationIn-App GuidanceEnablement

Full ongoing administration — users and permissions, changes as the business shifts, data hygiene, releases and support — combined with enablement that lives inside Salesforce. In-app guidance shows reps what to do at the moment they need it, which works where training documents do not.

  • An admin team without hiring one
  • In-app guidance instead of training documents nobody opens
  • Data hygiene so the reports stay trustworthy
  • Releases and changes without breaking what works
Where we go deeper

The newest thing on the platform.

Agentforce

AI agents inside Salesforce that handle real work, with a person still in control.

Agentforce earns its place where work is repetitive and well defined: answering the same customer questions, triaging cases, drafting follow-ups, keeping records updated. We find where it genuinely saves hours, build it on your own data, and keep human approval on anything that reaches a customer or moves money.

Selected work

What we've built.

Three projects that show the shape of the work. Client names are withheld — we don't publish them without permission.

Invoice automation, end to end

Sales CloudDevelopmentBilling

Custom invoices generated in Salesforce straight from the contract terms. The system works out the billing schedule itself — a quarterly contract produces four invoices covering every period — builds the documents, sends them to the customer, and moves the status to Paid once payment lands. No manual step anywhere.

Analytics on Salesforce data — ETL and reporting

ETLData warehouseOpen source

An analytics layer built on an open-source stack: data pulled from Salesforce and neighbouring systems, consolidated into a single warehouse, and turned into reporting. Scattered sources become one reliable picture to decide on.

Salesforce integration and a forecast dashboard

IntegrationForecastingDashboards

Salesforce integrated with external systems, and a forecast dashboard built on top. Data stays in sync across platforms, and leadership gets a clear view of pipeline and revenue to plan against.

Proof of work

Our team worked with these enterprise companies before Mitushak.

Spiff commission implementations, Salesforce Maps and in-app enablement, delivered at BlackBerry, LucidChart, Wix, ADT and Aramark by the people who now work here. These are their engagements rather than Mitushak's client list — we name them so you can judge the experience behind a young company for yourself.

BlackBerry
Enablement

Optimised their enablement process with in-app guidance, so reps were shown what to do inside Salesforce instead of being sent to training material.

LucidChart
Spiff

Implemented Spiff to calculate sales commission, replacing manual work with a figure reps could check themselves.

Wix
Spiff

Implemented Spiff for commission calculation.

ADT
Salesforce Maps

Implemented Salesforce Maps for territory and field planning.

Aramark
Salesforce MapsEnablement

Implemented Salesforce Maps and enablement programmes.

Company names are given to describe our team members' prior experience. They are not clients of Mitushak, and none of them endorses us.

Not sure where your problem sits?

Describe it in your own words. We'll tell you what it would actually take to fix — and if Salesforce isn't the answer, we'll say that too.
