How a project runs

You'll always know what's happening and what it costs.

Four stages, in plain language. Nothing starts before you've approved the price, and you see working results every week instead of status reports.

01

Understand

We spend time with your sales, service and finance people before recommending anything, and look at the org you already have. You get a short written plan: what's actually wrong, what to fix first, and what it will take. It's yours to keep — even if you stop there.

02

Agree the plan

We agree exactly what gets built, in what order, and what it costs. Broken into steps you approve one at a time — no 200-slide presentation.

03

Build it

You see working configuration every week in a sandbox, not a status report. If it isn't right, we change it while changing it is still cheap.

04

Stay reachable

After go-live we're still here — administration, agreed response times, and changes as the business shifts. Handover isn't the end of the relationship.

Principles

What we won't do.

It's easier to trust a supplier who tells you where the line is. These are ours.

  • 1We don't sell you software you don't need.
  • 2We don't disappear once it's live.
  • 3We don't hide behind technical words to sound expensive.
  • 4We don't take on work we can't do properly ourselves.

The first call is thirty minutes and costs nothing. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so.
