Small team. No layers.
Mitushak is a Salesforce consultancy based in Dushanbe, working with clients locally and remotely. We're deliberately specialist and deliberately small: the people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work.
The company is young, but the people in it are not new to Salesforce — our team has delivered Spiff, Salesforce Maps and enablement work at companies like BlackBerry, LucidChart, Wix, ADT and Aramark. We'd rather point at that honestly than advertise a client list we haven't built yet.

Too many companies had paid for Salesforce and ended up with something their team worked around. Usually not because the platform failed — because nobody asked how the selling actually happens.
Companies whose revenue runs through Salesforce — rolling it out, fixing a setup that no longer fits, or getting commission and reporting under control.
Remote-first, based in Dushanbe, working in English, Russian and Tajik. On-site when a rollout genuinely needs someone in the room.
Choosing a newer company is a risk. Here's how we cover it.
A long client list is the usual way to feel safe about a supplier. We don't have one yet, so we put the protection into how we work instead.
Your org stays yours
Your Salesforce org, data and licences stay in your name and under your control from day one. Not held in our account, not rented back to you.
A price before we start
The first step is fixed-scope and fixed-price. You know what it costs and what you get before anyone starts working.
No lock-in
Configuration and code are documented and handed over. If you want to take the work elsewhere, you can. We'd rather you stay because it works.
You talk to the people building it
No account manager relaying messages. The person who understands your org is the person who answers you.
