Who we are
Mitushak is an IT consulting and engineering company. If you have any question about this notice or about your data, write to contact@mitushak.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the area you selected, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry. That is the only purpose, unless you separately tick the box agreeing to receive other communications from us — that consent is optional, and declining it does not affect our reply.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, the relevant records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period required by law afterwards.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox through an email delivery provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address above and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date below.
